This is older but needs resurrecting. Download the report by economist JEsse Rothstein about the Gates foundation research. Many are claiming it is misinterpreting its own data in the preliminary report used to justify teacher evaluation systems. ARen't we tired of jumping on a bandwagon - perhaps first we should look at the wheels.
