Hofstede 1980 study on cultural dimensions - I am reviewing this as we prepare for the flat classroom conference - as we have students design flat classroom projects, we want to have a framework for them to understand the differences in cultures.
I've never thought about it this way, but the differentiation of a project has to also be cultural differentiation and this research has information on how to do that.
I've seen some information about updating this research, but none widely cited.
