Flutter - iPhone Picture Messaging with Geo-Tag by JuiceCaster
I'm not able to use this service because I have an itouch, but for those with iphones - flutter lets you do some neat things with geotagging and your photographs.

This is the summary of the findings. Interestingly, only a small part of the funds was spent on admin - most funds on instruction and instructional support - the funds, although targeted to high-poverty areas, still do not bridge the local funding gaps - with high poverty schools still having 7% less funds than others.
