Fascinating reading for those (like me) who believe that banning cell phones in schools is like damming the Mississippi river without providing outlet - you might do it for a while, but eventually, the dam will break. Eventually the ban will break because of unenforceability and usability of these tools in cash strapped schools.

So, wondering if this is going to be enforceable: Illinois Law banning sex offenders from using social networking sites. As of now, everyone can just use a different id, no one verifies who people are. Sounds like a good idea but just wondering how it would work.
